You will:
Experience the power of personal ritual and sacred heart opening meditation to access the wisdom of your higher self;
Learn and practice the neuroscience of change-moving beyond the familiar self to partner in creation with your ascended self; and
Take with you a daily practice to facilitate actualizing a better version of YOU in 2019
